ENNOBLE TALENTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Architectural Coordinator to oversee coordination among trades and ensure alignment with consultants, clients, and contractors across multiple project sites in Singapore.
The role involves reviewing drawings, preparing shop drawings, and ensuring compliance with government rules. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in architecture or related field with at least 3 years of coordination experience in Singapore.
Position:Architectural Coordinator
Salary:Up to $6,800 SGD (based on experience)
Location:Various project sites across Singapore (island-wide)
Work Schedule:5.5-day work week

Role:
Oversee and coordinate work between all different trades (electrical, mechanical, structural, etc.), and handle technical discussions with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Work with consultants to make sure design drawings meet government authority rules. Also review project specifications and construction plans.
Attend meetings with subcontractors to keep everyone on the same page.
Prepare and submit detailed drawings, shop drawings, material samples, mock-ups, and method statements on time.
Go through comments from consultants on materials, sample boards, trade demonstrations, and shop drawings, and make the necessary changes.
Check that all architectural work on-site follows the approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements exactly.
Work with other departments and engineers to spot and fix any design clashes before they become site problems.
Walk the site to confirm that construction (leg tiling and wall placement) follows the setting-out plan correctly.
Plan architectural tasks and coordinate detailed micro-schedules with other teams to keep the project moving smoothly.
Work with the Quality Department to put the QC plan into action and make sure standards are met.
Handle the ordering and monitoring of all architectural-related materials.
Carry out site inspections, trade demos, material testing, and mock-ups as required.
Check variation orders (VO) and prepare back charges when needed.
Make sure everything meets the TOP (Temporary Occupation Permit) checklist and architectural inspection (RI) requirements.
Requirements:
Education:Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, or a related field.
Experience:At least3 yearsof architectural coordination experience working withA1 main contractorsin Singapore.
