Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Architectural Coordinator (Structural) to coordinate architectural and structural works, liaise with consultants and subcontractors, and support on-site project execution.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, have at least 3 years of building/construction experience, and be able to read Structural Drawings. The role involves leading multi-trade site coordination and ensuring work aligns with drawings and contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in building/construction.
• Comfortable to work 5.5 days per week.
• Proficient in reading Structural Drawings.
• Able to liaise with consultants and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM/PE to plan & execute structural & architectural works
• Lead site coordination with all trades
• Liaise with RTO for inspection
• Prepare; submission of shop drawings/Materials/MOS
• Check shop drawings submitted by Sub-contractors
• Ensure work is constructed in accordance with contract and drawings
• Liaise with sub contractors, suppliers etc
• Procurement and monitoring of Architectural related materials
• Carry out inspection/trade demo/material testing/mock-up
• Check TOP check list and RI (Achi)
• Attend subcon meetings
• Contract administration and other site operational & project management matters
• Any other works as assigned by the Management or your Superior

Our client is an established Singapore-based construction company specialising in large-scale residential, commercial and institutional projects. They are hiring an Architectural Coordinator (Structural) to coordinate architectural and structural works, liaise with consultants and subcontractors, and support on-site project execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To assist PM/PE to plan & execute structural & architectural works

• Lead in site coordination with all trades

• To liaise with RTO for inspection

• Prepare; submission of shop drawings/Materials/MOS

• To check shop drawings submitted by Sub-contractors

• To ensure work is construct in accordance with contract and drawings

• Liaise with sub contractors, suppliers etc

• Procurement and monitoring of Architectural related materials

• To carry out inspection/trade demo/material testing/mock-up

• To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Achi)

• Attend subcon meetings

• Contract administration and other site operational & project management matters

• Any other works as assigned by the Management or your Superior
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture or equivalent

• At least 3 years of experience in building/construction trade

• Must be comfortable to work 5.5 days work week.

• Candidate must know how to read Structural Drawings

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location : Tagore Lane

• Working Days/Hours : 5.5 days / office hours, saturday half-day(depending on roster and work done)

• Salary: S$5,000 + Variable Bonus(salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
