Coordinate with consultants (architects, engineers, and designers) to ensure architectural details align with project requirements.
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth implementation of architectural works.
Review architectural drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure compliance with building codes and project requirements.
Attend site meetings and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities.
Resolve discrepancies or conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) drawings.
Assist in value engineering by recommending alternative materials, designs, or construction methods to improve cost efficiency.
Ensure all architectural elements are constructed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to check for compliance with BCA (Building and Construction Authority) regulations, URA (Urban Redevelopment Authority) guidelines, and other local authorities.
Ensure all work follows Singapore’s construction standards, including BCA’s Code of Practice.
Prepare and submit necessary architectural-related documents and reports for regulatory approval.
Ensuring workmanship quality and timely progress.
Address technical issues and site constraints by liaising with consultants and contractors.
Monitor and coordinate rectification works for defects and non-conformances.
Ensure proper documentation of architectural works, including as-built drawings, material submissions, and warranty documents.
Assist in project handover and defect rectification works before Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) and final completion.
Attend daily meeting, tool box and taiso exercise, participate actively in all safety and housekeeping works.
Attend WSHC meeting.
Submit daily and safety report.
Night duty when necessary
