Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Architectural Coordinator in Singapore to support the team leader in coordinating architectural works and ensuring design and regulatory compliance.

You will review drawings and technical details, flag discrepancies, and collaborate with internal teams to manage DAR submissions and approvals. You will also organize coordination meetings with contractors, LTA, AE, and other stakeholders, and oversee site installations, mock-up inspections, and trade demos to

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience with a main contractor, having handled LTA projects.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage subcontractors effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
