Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator (Structural) to support planning and execution of structural and architectural works on-site at Tagore Lane, Singapore. You will ensure smooth coordination with trades and subcontractors, and manage inspections and submissions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Architecture with at least 3 years’ construction experience and the ability to read structural drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of building/construction experience.
• Must be able to read and interpret structural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PM/PE in planning and executing structural and architectural works.
• Coordinate site activities with various trades, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Liaise with RTOs for inspections and coordinate required submissions.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials submissions and method statements (MOS).
• Review shop drawings submitted by subcontractors.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings and contract requirements.
• Coordinate procurement and monitor architectural materials.
• Conduct inspections, trade demonstrations, material testing and mock-ups.
• Monitor compliance with TOP checklist and RI requirements.
• Attend subcontractor meetings and support contract administration.
• Assist with site operations and project management matters.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Salary: Up to S$5,000 basic + Variable Bonus
Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (5.5-day work week; roster may require 6 days depending on project needs)
