Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable architectural coordinator to oversee design and on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and construction schedules.

You will review architectural, structural, and M&E drawings, identify conflicts, and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve them. On-site monitoring, inspections, and proper sequencing of works will be required, along with leading

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building Technology, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in architecture or construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Familiar with Singapore building regulations, codes and standards.

Attend and lead coordination meetings with consultants, authorities, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution and timely completion.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Building Technology, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in an architectural firm or construction company , preferably with HDB project and/or landed residential project.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Familiar with Singapore building regulations, codes, and industry. standards.
