Job summary

V3 Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an architectural coordinator to supervise and coordinate architectural works on construction projects, ensuring quality compliance and timely progress reporting to the Project Manager.

You will prepare shop drawings, manage sub-contractors, and assist the quality team with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark assessments, leveraging BIM tools like Autodesk Revit to enhance coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or a relevant qualification.
• Familiarity with BCA CONQUAS and other Quality Mark assessment applications.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the construction field.

Responsibilities

• Report architectural work progress regularly to the Project Manager to support project tracking and decision-making
• Coordinate preparation, submission, and updating of Shop Drawings and As-Built documentation to ensure accurate project records
• Schedule architectural works and manage material requisitions to maintain project timelines and resource availability
• Supervise and inspect architectural works performed by sub-contractors to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards
• Assist the quality team in preparing and submitting documentation for BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark assessments to uphold project quality benchmarks
