Job summary

Longxiang Construction is seeking an experienced Architectural Coordination professional to coordinate all architectural works across projects in Singapore. You will review drawings for BCA/URA/MOE compliance, liaise with consultants, contractors and authorities, and ensure timely approvals and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Building, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in architectural coordination on institutional or government projects.
• Familiar with local codes and submission processes (BCA, URA, MOE).
• Experience with government/public sector projects is highly preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all architectural works per requirements and specs.
• Review drawings for compliance with codes and MOE guidelines.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and authorities for submissions.
• Monitor quality to meet statutory and contractual standards.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and M&E to avoid clashes.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues.
• Prepare reports and progress updates for MOE and agencies.
• Attend site and coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure finishes/materials align with approved samples.
