Job summary

Leading A1 Main Contractor is seeking an Architectural Coordinator in Singapore to coordinate design and construction activities across major projects. You will review drawings, liaise with architects, consultants and site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure multidisciplinary integration.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related field, at least 3 years of coordination experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methods and finishing works.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills; interface between multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural design and construction activities across major building projects.
• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings and specifications for compliance.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to resolve issues.
• Coordinate interfaces with C&S and M&E works for multidisciplinary integration.
• Manage material submissions, technical approvals and work schedules to support progress.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure works meet drawings and specs.
