Job summary

Achieve Group is seeking an Architectural Coordinator for a renowned building and construction firm in Singapore. You will coordinate architectural works from construction through completion and ensure drawings and specs align with project requirements.

You'll liaise with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, review shop drawings, and coordinate interfaces with structural and M&E disciplines to resolve design issues on site. A degree or diploma in Architecture is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in architectural coordination within the construction industry.
• Prior experience with a main contractor on building projects will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage architectural works for building construction projects from construction through completion.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate architectural works with structural, M&E and other disciplines to identify and resolve design and site interface issues.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on architectural and technical matters.
• Prepare, review and coordinate shop drawings, material submissions, samples and method statements.
