Job summary

MCC ENGINEERING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Engineer to prepare shop and As-built drawings, while leading a team of BIM Coordinators and Modellers. You will develop models, documentation and production techniques, and maintain BIM standards and component families.

The role requires minimum 3 years of BIM experience, strong software knowledge, and familiarity with current BIM practices on site projects in building and civil engineering contexts. On-site work is expected in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of BIM project experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team of coordinators and modellers.
• Sound knowledge of BIM standards and modelling practices.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess relevant Certificates/Diploma/Degree or equivalent with 3 years of working experience
• Experience in BIM software (Revit, Tekla, Navisworks etc.)
• In-depth working knowledge of current BIM versions and applications
• Specialist diploma in BIM (BCA academy) is advantageous
• Work experience on site in building and civil engineering project is advantageous
