The role involves aligning architectural and interior drawings with consultants and contractors, resolving clashes, and ensuring compliance with local codes. You will oversee document control, attend site and coordination meetings, and support handover with as-built documentation, while coordinating with authorities

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
• 3–5 years of relevant Singapore construction experience
• Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments
• Familiar with local authority requirements and inspection processes

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural/interior drawings and shop drawings with consultants and contractors
• Review submissions for compliance with design intent and specs
• Maintain document control for architectural submissions and approvals
• Identify and resolve clashes between Architectural, M&E, and C&S works
• Coordinate submissions to authorities and ensure compliance with codes
• Attend site and coordination meetings
• Support project handover and as-built documentation
• Coordinate with consultants during design development and construction
