Job summary

CES_SDC Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Architectural/Engineering professional to lead on-site coordination for construction projects, focusing on method, detailing, and materials specifications.

You will review shop drawings, manage submissions, conduct mock-ups and documentation, ensure quality control, and liaise with architects, engineers, suppliers, and clients on MRT-related works.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architectural or related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience on similar scale and complexity.
• Experience in LTA MRT project is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and BIM tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architect, structural and M&E designers to deconflict clashes.
• Review shop drawings and manage materials submission, mock-ups and technical proposals.
• Quality control on site installation, schedule, and liaison with QPS, suppliers, architect in-charge and client representative.
