Job summary

UNITED SINGAPORE BUILDERS PTE. LTD. seeks an Engineer (Design Dept) with at least 5 years in architectural coordination and exposure to MRT/LTA projects. Proactive, team-oriented, and able to coordinate with interface contracts on traffic and drainage diversions. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation is advantageous.

The role involves updating design portions of progress reports, preparing method statements, and ensuring QA/QC procedures are established and maintained on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in architectural coordination.
• Experience with LTA MRT projects is preferred.
• Proactive owner mindset and responsible attitude.
• Team player with ability to coordinate across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interface for traffic and drainage diversion stages and construction activities.
• Resolve coordination issues with SWCs without deviating from architectural intent.
• Update design portions of weekly and monthly progress reports.
