SsangYong Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd is seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator for a large-scale hospital project in Singapore. The role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to drawings and specifications.

You will review drawings, manage architectural submissions, and monitor site progress, ensuring interface issues are resolved and project requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building Studies or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination or construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Architectural Manager in managing and coordinating architectural works for a large-scale hospital construction project.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, subcontractors and other project stakeholders on architectural matters.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submissions and technical proposals.
• Coordinate architectural works with structural, M&E and other building services to resolve interface and technical issues.
• Monitor architectural works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Assist in planning and monitoring the progress of architectural works in accordance with the project schedule.
