Qualifications

• Experience as an architecture coordinator for construction projects.
• Ability to plan, supervise, and coordinate architecture works with architects and consultants.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review architectural drawings, detailing, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements, local building codes and regulations.
• Identify shop drawing discrepancies, review the architectural drawings with the structural and M&E drawings to resolve conflicts.
• Submit and gather records for all RFI, RFM, RFA to Architect and ID.
• Coordinate with architectural subcontractors to ensure proper scheduling, communication, and execution of design plans.
• Assist in preparing method statements, technical reports, and schedules.
• Monitor progress of architectural works on-site and report deviations.
• Support site inspections with RTO/RE and quality control activities.
• Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and approvals
• Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and handover documentation
