Job summary

Yuan Xiang Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Architect/Project Coordinator to assist the Architect in coordinating design details between clients, consultants, and contractors.

You will collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs, schedules, and construction plans while managing work scheduling and supervising subcontractors according to specifications and drawings. The role requires a degree in Architecture or related field, 3–7 years of main contractor experience in Design & Build,

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Architecture/Architectural Engineering or related
• 3-7 years of relevant main contractor experience in Design & Build building projects
• Strong knowledge of architectural specifications and MEP coordination
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills and leadership capabilities

Responsibilities

• Assist Architect in coordinating design details among clients, consultants, and contractors
• Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs, schedules, and construction plans
• Manage architectural work scheduling and supervise subcontractors per specs/drawings
• Review project specs and drawings to assist in contract and procurement management
• Ensure stakeholder engagement and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors
• Support Project Manager in coordination of civil, structural, architectural, and NSC/Direct Contract works
• Study drawings and coordinate works to resolve site issues
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager of technical/site problems
• Prepare and coordinate on Green mark, quality management, and CONQUAS assessment
