Job summary

KIM HUA CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to oversee documentation, liaise with project stakeholders, and ensure design intent is maintained across phases. The role focuses on coordinating architectural drawings, specifications, and submissions on-site.

You will work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors, monitor progress, and support regulatory approvals and design reviews to deliver compliant projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in architectural coordination or related roles in construction projects.
• Familiarity with architectural design and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation across project phases.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
• Monitor the progress of architectural works and ensure compliance with design intent and requirements.
• Facilitate design reviews, site inspections, and architectural approvals.
• Assist in preparing architectural submissions for regulatory approvals and permits.
• Support the integration of architectural design with other disciplines (structural, M&E).
• Maintain accurate project records, drawings revisions, and correspondence logs.
• Support project management in tracking deliverables, schedules, and quality control.
