Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a BIM Coordinator to coordinate architectural drawings, BIM models, and technical information among consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

The role develops and maintains Revit models and converts 2D AutoCAD drawings into 3D models, ensuring compliance with BIM standards and LOD requirements while monitoring production schedules on site. You will support quality inspections, assist with defect rectification and project handover, and

• Ensure architectural drawings comply with project specifications, BIM standards, and LOD requirements.
• Monitor drawing production schedules and coordinate with site teams to ensure timely project progress.
• Resolve architectural design and site coordination issues with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain quality documentation and support quality inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor site works to ensure compliance with quality and EHS requirements.
• Assist with inspections, defect rectification, and project handover.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Team Leader.
