Job summary

PM Group Singapore is seeking an Architect to lead and support architectural design across project stages—from master planning and concept through detailed design, authority approvals, and construction. You will work closely with clients and engineering disciplines to deliver functional, compliant, sustainable facilities.

The role requires a degree in architecture, at least five years on pharma/semiconductor/industrial projects, and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with BIM collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and delivery, ideally on pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; experience with collaborative BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from concept to detailed design, including layouts and envelopes.
• Coordinate with disciplines to integrate designs and resolve interfaces.
• Prepare and manage authority submissions and respond to comments.
• Provide design support during construction, including shop drawings review and site inspections.
