Job summary

JTE Recruit Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced architect to develop and deliver designs for advanced technology and life science projects in Singapore. You will prepare tender documents, coordinate with clients and engineers, and ensure compliance with local codes throughout the project lifecycle.

The role involves guiding junior designers and supporting overall delivery, with projects islandwide. A Bachelor's in Architecture and 3+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture required.
• At least 3 years' relevant architectural experience.
• Strong knowledge of architectural systems and construction practices.
• Good familiarity with Singapore codes and authority submissions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver architectural designs and specifications for advanced technology and life science projects from concept through completion.
• Prepare architectural tender documents, specifications, and design packages in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and other disciplines to resolve design and technical issues throughout the project.
• Provide technical support to site teams during construction and ensure approved drawings and design information are properly communicated.
• Ensure architectural designs comply with Singapore codes, standards, and relevant authority requirements.
• Coordinate with architectural subcontractors and monitor their work to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.
• Guide and mentor junior architectural designers while supporting the overall development and delivery of project designs.
