Job summary

Sembcorp Architects & Engineers Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Architect with strong BIM capabilities to lead design conceptualization, prepare plans for approvals, and manage construction stages. You will produce detailed drawings, coordinate across disciplines, and contribute to a successful handover of projects.

The role requires a degree in architecture (RIBA Part 2 equivalent) and proficiency in BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD, with knowledge of local codes and regulatory approvals.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture or equivalent with RIBA Part 2 level.
• Proficiency in BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD for design and drawings.
• Experience with 3D and 2D modelling and annotations.
• Familiarity with URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA, LTA, NParks codes and practices.

Responsibilities

• Formulate project briefs and conceptualize design.
• Plan submissions for planning and building plan clearances.
• Develop architectural details and specifications.
• Manage contract construction processes.
• Oversee TOP/CSC procedures and project handover.
