Responsibilities

• Design, innovation and leadership: drive design development and optimization of clean manufacturing and laboratory processes across the facility.
• Regulatory compliance: ensure alignment with GMP, FDA, EMA and local regulations.
• Collaboration and communication: work with client and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Mentorship and governance: guide junior team members and establish best practices as part of continuous improvement.
