Job summary

Exyte in Singapore seeks an Architect to design, detail, specify and support tendering for advanced technology and life science projects. You will liaise with client teams, coordinate disciplines, and administer sub-contractor contracts on site from inception through handover.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of architectural systems, and excellent technical writing skills, with familiarity with Singapore codes and submission procedures.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Experience in design or construction of architectural services systems, preferably with fast-track projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural systems.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Codes and Standards and submission procedures.
• Strong technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, detail, specify and assist tendering the full range of architectural packages for Advanced Technology and Life Science projects.
• Liaise with the client team on design issues.
• Coordinate between other disciplines.
• Administer architectural sub-contractor contracts on site from inception to handover.
• Assist site personnel on technical and coordination issues for both design and construction.
• Communicate clearly on all architecture matters.
