Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience in architecture, senior/lead role preferred.
• Registered Architect with BOA; practicing certificate advantageous.
• Familiarity with Singapore building codes and regulations.
• Proficient CAD software, 3D modelling, and other industry-standard design tools.
• Proven project management experience leading cross-functional teams.

• Overseeing design and development of complex architectural projects, ensuring client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborating with designers, engineers, and project managers to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.
