Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Degree-qualified Architect with 3+ years of experience to coordinate design, ensure code compliance, and manage project documentation. The role involves hands-on site exposure, liaison with clients and consultants, and delivering construction drawings including basic drafting.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and PowerPoint is advantageous. The position is based at Jalan Kilang Timor, Singapore, with a 5-day work week and standard office hours.

Qualifications

• Possess a Degree in relevant Architectural studies
• At least 3 years relevant Architectural working experiences
• Ability to plan and implement building projects such as industrial development and related facilities
• Possess good time management, communication and co-ordination skills, great conceptualization, and presentation skills
• Capable of liaising with the clients, other consultants and basic knowledge in authorities, project execution, coordination, and on-site matters
• Assist onsite Inspection during construction to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with all design documents
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and PowerPoint will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular interfacing with external and internal members of Project Team.

• Assist in coordination works, taking of minutes, co-ordinate the input / output of all involved parties to meet established objectives.

• Working Days/Timings: 5 Days Work Week (Mon-Fri, 9am to 6.30pm)
