Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Architect specializing in BIM to lead architectural projects through all stages from concept to completion. The role focuses on integrated BIM and digital delivery, requiring strong Revit proficiency and a collaborative, client-facing approach.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, establish BEPs, and drive data-driven improvements while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably 3 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Registered Architect with the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore or actively progressing towards BOA registration.
• Experience participating in at least one full BIM project lifecycle from design through construction and project completion.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and contemporary BIM workflows.
• Strong architectural design, communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support architectural projects through all project stages, including concept design, design development, coordination, construction documentation, tender, and completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyse project and client requirements and develop integrated architectural, BIM, and digital delivery solutions.
• Establish BIM Execution Plans (BEP), information requirements, model coordination protocols, and digital quality assurance processes.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist BIM models to resolve multidisciplinary design issues.
• Manage project work packages across multiple project teams while maintaining design quality, consistency, and project accountability.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery through AI, automation, data-driven processes, and digital technologies.
• Develop and implement standardised workflows, templates, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Mentor team members and support capability development in BIM and digital delivery practices.
• Support business development activities, proposals, and client discussions relating to digital project delivery solutions.

Advantageous

• Experience in green building, sustainability, energy retrofit, or decarbonisation projects is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, Navisworks, or similar coordination platforms is an added advantage.
• Exposure to Dynamo, Grasshopper, Python, computational design, automation, or AI-enabled architectural workflows is an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of ISO 19650 principles is an added advantage.
