Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced architect with BIM specialization to lead or support projects from concept through construction, coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

You will implement BEP, oversee BIM workflows, and mentor colleagues while contributing to international project delivery and advancing digital standards and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• 3–7 years of architectural experience with BIM project lifecycle.
• BOA Singapore registration or pursuing registration.
• Hands‑on experience in design development and construction documentation.
• Strong Autodesk Revit proficiency and BIM workflows.

Responsabilités

• Lead or support architectural projects from concept to completion.

• Develop BIM Execution Plans, information requirements, and QA/QC processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support architectural projects from concept design through design development, multidisciplinary coordination, construction documentation, tender, and construction/completion stages.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors according to project requirements and level of responsibility.
• Translate project and client challenges into integrated architectural, BIM, and digital delivery solutions.
• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP), information requirements, model coordination protocols, and digital QA/QC processes.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist BIM models to identify and resolve design and coordination issues.
• Manage project work packages across local and international teams while maintaining design intent, quality, and accountability.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, data, and computational methods to improve project delivery outcomes.
• Develop scalable workflows, templates, standards, and best practices for digital delivery.
• Support capability development by mentoring team members and sharing digital delivery knowledge.
• Contribute to proposals and client engagements involving BIM, digital delivery, and technology-driven solutions.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

Must Have

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Approximately 3 to 7 years of relevant architectural experience. Exceptional candidates with differing levels of experience may also be considered.
• Registered Architect with the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore, or actively progressing towards BOA registration, including completion of relevant professional practice requirements .
• Experience participating in at least one full BIM project lifecycle from design through construction/completion .
• Hands-on experience in design development, multidisciplinary coordination, construction documentation, and construction-stage project delivery.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and contemporary BIM workflows .
• Experience coordinating architectural BIM models with structural, MEP, and specialist disciplines.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, project coordination, and architectural problem-solving skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to align design and technology decisions to project and client outcomes.

Good to Have

• Experience in renovation, refurbishment, addition and alteration (A&A), adaptive reuse, building conversion, or existing-building projects.
• Experience in green building, sustainability, energy retrofit, or decarbonisation projects.
• Experience managing BIM deliverables across distributed, regional, or offshore teams.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, Navisworks, or similar coordination platforms.
• Exposure to Dynamo, Grasshopper, Python, computational design, automation, or AI-enabled architectural workflows.
• Working knowledge of ISO 19650 principles.
