Job summary

3PA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Architect to join our architectural consultancy.

You will collaborate with Project Directors on design, documentation, and project administration; liaise with clients and contractors; oversee on-site progress and ensure compliance with local codes; and contribute to healthcare/medical building projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture/Architectural Studies.
• Registered Architect with Board of Architects Singapore preferred.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in architectural consultancy.
• Experience in building projects for healthcare/medical industry.
• Conversant with local building codes and regulations.
• Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop.
