Job summary

Interconsultants Pte Ltd is seeking an Architectural Executive with 2-3 years of experience to support project architects in design development, coordination, and regulatory compliance, delivering high-quality architectural solutions. You will work under the Project Architect and liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment across design stages.

Responsibilities include preparing schematic drawings, promoting green concepts, coordinating drafting, and ensuring timely submissions to authorities.

Qualifications

• BOA-recognized qualifications.
• 2–3 years of architectural design development experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD and BIM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare schematic design drawings for client review and approval.
• Research and propose environmentally-friendly concepts and materials to promote sustainability.
• Liaise with project stakeholders to gather and clarify project requirements and ensure alignment.
• Guide the Drafting Office in preparing drawings for various project stages and coordinate tender drawings.
• Monitor and direct the Drafting Office to ensure timely submission and approval of documents by authorities.
• Coordinate technical matters under guidance of the Project Architect to support project delivery.
• Assist the Project Architect in preparing, monitoring, and updating project schedules for client approval.
• Attend consultants and site meetings with the Project Architect and prepare accurate minutes of meetings.
• Coordinate and monitor submissions, compliance, and applications with competent authorities to maintain project progress.
• Ensure compliance with authorities by preparing forms, calculations, letters, and supporting documents.

Job Summary

Architectural Executive with 2-3 years of experience supporting project architects in design development, coordination, and compliance to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare schematic design drawings for client review and approval to enable consultants to start preliminary and detailed design work
• Research and propose environmentally-friendly (‘green’) concepts and materials for architectural designs to promote sustainability
• Liaise with project stakeholders to gather and clarify project requirements and ensure alignment
• Guide the Drafting Office in preparing drawings for various project stages and coordinate tender drawings and documents
• Monitor and direct the Drafting Office to ensure timely submission and approval of documents by relevant government authorities
• Coordinate technical matters under the guidance of the Project Architect to support project delivery
• Assist the Project Architect in preparing, monitoring, and updating project schedules for client approval
• Attend consultants and site meetings with the Project Architect and prepare accurate minutes of meetings
• Coordinate and monitor submissions, compliance, and applications with competent authorities to maintain project progress
• Ensure compliance with competent authorities’ requirements by preparing necessary forms, calculations, letters, and supporting documents

Required competencies and certifications

• Qualifications recognised by the Board of Architects (BOA)
