Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Arborist for a permanent role in Central Singapore. You will lead tree inspections, assess health and propose treatments while coordinating with contractors to ensure safe, compliant maintenance.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Arboriculture or related fields and a valid ISA Arborist certification, with TRAQ being a plus. Expect 5.5-day work weeks and on-call support for emergencies.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Arboriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Landscape Management or a related field.
  • Must possess a valid ISA Certified Arborist certification.
  • ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ) is an advantage.
  • Experience in tree inspection, tree-risk assessment and arboriculture maintenance.
  • Familiar with resistographs, PICUS and tree-assessment report preparation.
  • Able to attend to emergency tree matters after working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing comprehensive tree assessment and inspection reports.
  • Conduct tree inspections, assess tree health and prescribe suitable treatments or corrective measures.
  • Perform secondary-level tree inspections using diagnostic equipment such as resistographs and PICUS sonic tomography systems.
  • Analyse inspection findings and prepare clear technical reports with appropriate recommendations.
  • Develop and implement tree-pruning, maintenance and risk-management programmes together with term contractors and supervisors.
  • Supervise workers and contractors to ensure that tree pruning, cutting and maintenance activities are performed correctly and safely.
  • Liaise with internal departments, clients, contractors, authorities and other external stakeholders on arboriculture matters.
  • Respond to urgent or emergency tree-related incidents outside normal working hours when required.
  • Ensure arboriculture work complies with applicable NParks guidelines, safety requirements and industry best practices.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 8am – 5.30pm, Sat: 8am – 1pm)

  • Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus

  • Duration: Permanent


Key Responsibilities
