Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking an experienced Finance Analyst to manage intercompany reconciliations, credit/AR, and tax compliance across Southeast Asia. The role requires SAP proficiency, BI tooling familiarity, and strong analytical abilities.

You will collaborate with global teams, ensure timely postings for rebates and core-list expenses, and prepare budget inputs for revenue management. This is a detail-driven, fast-paced role with stakeholder-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CA qualification preferred.
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, ideally in manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical abilities with adaptability to BI tools such as MicroStrategy.
  • Attention to detail with solid SAP knowledge.
  • Proven ability to collaborate in a team with good communication and-positive attitude.
  • Fast learner in a dynamic environment with deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Perform monthly reconciliations for intercompany and third-party transactions.
  • Verify and address unbilled credit notes, goods returns, blocked invoices, goods in transit, and customer claims.
  • Calculate and record intercompany royalties and commissions, managing income and expenses.
  • Oversee accruals and posting for rebates and core list expenses locally and globally.
  • Review rebates, commissions, and core list item variances with insightful comments.
  • Ensure payments for rebates and commissions comply with agreements.
  • Prepare and input budget data related to sales, rebates, and revenue management costs.
  • Respond to external auditors inquiries regarding sales and accounts receivable.
  • Report GST output tax and file withholding tax for royalty payments.
  • Assess and lift credit blocks at order and delivery stages.
  • Maintain customer master data and review credit limits for new and confirmed accounts.
  • Manage collections with third-party customers and provision for bad debts.
  • Generate dashboards for DSO and aging reports related to overdue accounts.
  • Provide updates on collections and forecast potential overdue amounts monthly.
  • Process refunds in exceptional cases and collaborate to resolve disputes.

  • Respond to external auditors' inquiries regarding sales and accounts receivable.
  • Report on GST output tax and file withholding tax for royalty payments.
  • Assess and lift credit blocks at the order and delivery stages.
  • Maintain customer master data and review credit limits for both new and confirmed accounts.
  • Manage payment collections with third-party customers, including preparing provisions for bad debts.
  • Generate dashboards capturing DSO and aging reports related to overdue accounts.
  • Provide updates on collections and forecast potential overdue amounts for the month.
  • Process refunds in exceptional cases and collaborate with various functions to address disputes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CA qualification is preferred.
  • 4 to 6 years of pertinent working experience, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong analytical abilities and capacity to adapt to new tools, particularly with BI tools such as MicroStrategy.
  • Attention to detail with a solid understanding of SAP systems.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team with effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated capability to learn quickly and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines.
  • Experience in credit and accounts receivable management for customers in Southeast Asia is an advantage.
