Job summary

Ministry of Manpower’s Applied Research Unit at the WSH Institute seeks to gain insights into behavioural WSH risks and human errors in work-related accidents. The team develops tools to shape progressive practices, addressing workplace stressors and employee mental well-being.

You will lead projects, develop and validate tools, and communicate research findings to stakeholders, while supporting tool design and evaluation initiatives within the department.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Factors, Psychology or related discipline.
• 3+ years of applied research and/or project management experience.
• Interest or experience in Human Factors and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and validate tools for behavioural WSH research.
• Develop and adapt tools to elicit behavioural causes of incidents.
• Communicate research findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Support design, evaluation and enhancement of WSH assessment tools and systems.
