• Degree in behavioural science, psychology, economics, cognitive science, social sciences, or related field.
• Experience applying behavioural science principles or insights in a business environment.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, customer research, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills; translate insights into practical business recommendations.
• Experience in banking, financial services, customer experience, or digital products is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Apply behavioural science, psychology, and behavioural economics principles to understand customer decision-making and behaviour.
• Design and implement behavioural interventions to improve customer engagement, experience, and business performance.
• Analyse customer data, research findings, and behavioural insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and conduct experiments, A/B tests, and behavioural research to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, digital, and analytics, to embed behavioural insights into business strategies.
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Monitor and measure the impact of behavioural initiatives and recommend improvements based on results.
