DBS is seeking a Senior leader for Operational Risk focused on Behavioural Risk Specialist within Risk Management Group. You will apply behavioural science to enhance risk culture, conduct, and organizational development across the bank in Singapore.

The role requires a postgraduate degree in organisational psychology with 10+ years in the field, preferably in banking or regulated sectors, and a proven ability to translate behavioural insights into practical risk interventions and governance.

Qualificações

• Postgraduate degree in Organisational psychology or related field.
• 10+ years applying organisational psychology/behavioural science in large organisations.
• Experience in banking, financial services or regulated environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of organisational culture, psychological safety and behavior change.
• Experience designing and evaluating behavioural interventions and learning solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Apply organisational psychology and behavioural science to strengthen risk culture frameworks and indicators.
• Design behavioural diagnostics using interviews, surveys, focus groups, and risk culture deep dives.
• Triangulate quantitative and qualitative data to identify drivers and priority action areas.
• Provide independent review and challenge of behavioural root-cause analyses for significant incidents.
• Develop and validate risk culture surveys, dashboards, and monitoring indicators.
