Job summary

Vibehackers in Singapore is seeking a Senior Applied AI Architect to be the senior technical owner for a named portfolio, shaping AI strategy from pre-sales discovery through deployment and adoption. You will own technical account plans spanning ChatGPT Enterprise, the OpenAI API, Codex, and other agentic AI solutions, coordinating specialist teams for measurable customer impact.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior customer-facing technical roles (solutions architecture or technical account leadership).
• Track record guiding enterprises from technical evaluation through production adoption and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical advisor and relationship owner for a portfolio of customers.
• Partner with Account Directors to translate business priorities into technical plans and adoption roadmaps.
• Lead executive- and engineering-level discovery to identify high-value use cases.
• Develop applied AI architectures covering models, data, integration, security, and governance.
• Guide customers through evaluations, demos, prototypes, and proofs of value to production adoption.
• Maintain a focused use-case portfolio with milestones, ownership, and blockers.
• Coordinate support from Deployment Engineering, security, product specialists, and partners.
• Track adoption, usage, and production readiness; intervene on risks to value realization.
• Share field insights to improve products and reusable practices.
