• Maintain a focused use-case portfolio with milestones, ownership, and blockers.

• Track adoption, usage, and production readiness; intervene on risks to value realization.

Acts as the primary technical counterpart across a named portfolio, leading discovery, prototyping, and cross-functional delivery to realize measurable business impact.

Role

As an Applied AI Architect you will be the senior technical owner for a named portfolio of customers, acting as the primary technical counterpart to customer leadership and shaping their AI strategy from pre-sales discovery through deployment and adoption. You will own technical account plans spanning ChatGPT Enterprise, the OpenAI API, Codex, and other agentic AI solutions, coordinate specialist teams, and remain accountable for technical outcomes and measurable customer impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor and long-term technical relationship owner for a portfolio of customers and pre-sales prospects.
• Partner with Account Directors to translate business priorities into technical account plans, adoption roadmaps, and expansion opportunities.
• Lead executive- and engineering-level discovery to identify, qualify, and prioritize use cases tied to business outcomes.
• Develop applied AI architectures covering models, applications, data, integration, security, privacy, governance, evaluation, and deployment.
• Guide customers through technical evaluations, demos, workshops, prototypes, and proofs of value to secure a path to production.
• Maintain a focused use-case portfolio with decision criteria, ownership, blockers, success measures, delivery needs, and adoption plans.
• Coordinate and qualify support from Deployment Engineering, implementation, enablement, security, product specialists, and partners.
• Track adoption, usage, account health, production readiness, and measurable impact; intervene early on risks to value realization.
• Share field insights with Product, Engineering, and Research to improve products, architecture guidance, and reusable practices.

Requirements

• Significant experience in customer-facing technical roles (solutions architecture, solutions engineering, technical account leadership, AI deployment, or technical customer success).
• Track record guiding enterprises from technical evaluation through production adoption and measurable business impact.
• Strong software and cloud architecture foundations, including APIs, distributed systems, data integration, identity, security, and privacy.
• Understanding of modern AI systems, frontier LLMs, agentic applications, model evaluation, retrieval, and enterprise AI workflows.
• Experience developing technical account plans, prioritizing complex customer portfolios, and connecting adoption to measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility with both executive and engineering audiences.

Location & Work Model

• Role is based in Singapore with a hybrid work model (3 days in office per week). Relocation assistance is offered for new employees.
