Job summary

NTUC Health Co-operative Limited in Singapore seeks a Manager, Applications to lead our applications team, overseeing CRM, Clinic Management System, NHELP and ERP, and to coordinate changes across systems for business users.

You will translate business needs into technical specifications, drive user training, and ensure process alignment and system reliability within our healthcare focus. A background in CS/IT with 8+ years in application support is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL database.
• Domain knowledge of healthcare clinical / non-clinical apps.
• MCSD certification is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• At least a Diploma/Bachelor in CS/IT or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in app support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee application systems such as CRM, Clinic Management, NHELP and ERP.
• Review business requirements and translate to technical specs and UAT.
• Review user and administrator manuals.
• Ensure proper applications change management.
• Conduct user training and align with business processes.
