Job summary

ACEXCELLENT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Applications Engineer to support, deploy and upgrade FDC software across semiconductor process equipment. You will develop software recipes and analyze tool-based sensor data to drive process improvements.

You will train customers, identify value-added opportunities, and act as Site Lead for client engagements, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and delivering remote or on-site support as required.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of semiconductor processes and OEM tools.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Adaptable to various field situations.
• Build strong rapport with internal and external customers.
• Strong analytical & critical thinking skills.
• Software/operations delivery & organisation change management.
• Able to coach other Applications Engineers.
• Stakeholder (internal & external) management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic SQL.
• Familiarity with C++ is an advantage but not a must.
• Confident to present & deliver information to groups.
• Ability to manage stress and maintain composure.
• Must be available to provide immediate remote or on-site support for urgent cases.
• Comfortable to wear full cleanroom suit when required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate, deploy, support & upgrade the company's software on a wide range of semiconductor process equipment.
• Create the company's software recipes and data analysis of tool-based sensors for FDC.

• Identify new process areas where the existing software can add value for customers.
• Provide extensive training to customers' process owners on FDC system usage for monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Support other software offerings provided by the company.

Job Overview

The company supports customers in semiconductor fabrication, vacuum technology, and other vital industrial applications with hardware, software, and data-driven solutions which improve process stability, yield, and efficiency in operation.

This role is responsible for assisting with advanced applications related to company's FDC. To offer technical assistance to field staff and clients. Possess an in-depth understanding of the processes and challenges that the solution is intended to solve.

To work autonomously and independently to devise and implement solutions with minimal supervision.

Job Description

• To demonstrate, deploy, support & upgrade the company's software on wide range of semiconductor process equipment.
• To create the company's software recipes and data analysis of tool based sensors (data), the company's and client's sensors for the purpose of FDC.
• To provide oral and written feedback on the applications work (which include troubleshooting, development of recipe and installation procedures to customers.

• To provide extensive training to customers' process owners on the application of the FDC system for monitoring and troubleshooting process issues, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization.
