Job summary

ACExcellent Consulting Pte Ltd seeks an Applications Engineer to support advanced FDC solutions for semiconductor processes. You will deploy, upgrade, and support software across semiconductor equipment and build data-driven recipes and sensor analyses for FDC.

You will train customers, troubleshoot, and identify additional process areas where software adds value, while serving as a site lead and presenting capabilities to clients. Expect travel and remote/on-site support as needed.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of semiconductor processes and OEM tools.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Adaptable to various field situations.
• Strong analytical & critical thinking abilities.
• Software/operations delivery & change management.
• Able to coach other Applications Engineers.
• Stakeholder management (internal & external).
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic SQL.
• Familiarity with C++ is an advantage but not required.
• Confident to present and deliver information to groups.
• Ownership. Minimal supervision required, stays on top assignments.
• Ability to manage stress and maintain composure.
• Must be available to provide immediate remote or on-site support.
• Wear full cleanroom suit when required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate, deploy, support & upgrade the company's software on a wide range of semiconductor process equipment.
• Create software recipes and data analysis of tool-based sensors for FDC.
• Provide oral and written feedback on applications work, including troubleshooting and installation procedures.
• Identify new process areas where the existing software can add value to customers.
• Provide extensive training to customers' process owners on FDC system usage.
• Convey the capabilities of the software to potential customers.
• Serve as the Site Lead for clients.
• Support other offerings of software provided by the company.
