Job summary

U3 INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking an Application/Technical Support Engineer in Singapore. You will manage automation product support across pre-sales and post-sales, analyze customer needs, and deliver technical proposals and documentation.

You will conduct product training, perform live demonstrations, and collaborate with the sales team to strengthen relationships while interfacing with product principals for feedback and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Engineering / Industrial / Mechatronics.
• 1–2 years of PLC/automation experience.
• Strong communication to explain technical concepts.
• Knowledge of PLC, control/automation, and IoT is a plus.
• Willing to undergo product training.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Engineering/ Industrial/ Mechatronics
• Passion for automation, with creative and adaptive approaches
• Good communication skill and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively
• Training on products will be provided
• Knowledge in PLC, Control/Automation, IOT Knowledge will be added advantage
