Responsabilidades

• Provide Application support for Clinic management Software
• Provide user support, guidance, and issue resolution
• Log, escalate, and track incidents to ensure timely resolution and closure
• Assist in system testing and implementation of enhancements
• Conduct end-user training on application features and usage
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve system performance and user experience
• Maintain documentation related to support processes and system configuration
