Job summary

COURTS (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Application Support professional to maintain uptime and resolve incidents for business critical applications. The role combines hands-on support with daily operations and close collaboration with business users.

You will perform problem analysis, root cause investigation, change coordination, and proactive monitoring with Infrastructure teams to improve serviceability and performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma holder.
• 3+ years of Application Support experience.
• Ability to quickly learn new information and work independently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical issues for customers.
• Experience in high‑availability environments and incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Reactive problem investigation, diagnosis and resolution.
• Participate in post mortems for system availability issues.
• Root cause and trend analysis to prevent repeats.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure to improve monitoring and performance.
• Review and update technical documentation for DR and support procedures.
