Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and sales enquiries regarding product specs via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot technical issues remotely and on-site and propose solutions.
• Conduct product app testing and demonstrations to customers and sales reps.
• Provide on-site technical support including system setup and tuning.
• Conduct post-sales training and update training manuals.
• Support sales reps during customer visits and product presentations.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Adhere to company policies and technical standards.
• Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.
