Job summary

A technology solutions company in Singapore is seeking an Application Support Engineer (Helpdesk) to join their team. The candidate will provide technical assistance, manage user queries, and ensure effective system operations. Ideal candidates should have a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or related field, with over 2 years in IT/Application support, and preferably knowledge of SAP HCM ERP. This is an on-site role.

  • 2+ years' IT support/application support experience.

Responsibilities

  • Log, track, and resolve user support requests end-to-end.
  • Build & maintain a knowledge base (FAQs, case studies, procedures).
  • Handle user calls/emails, resolve issues, and support audit queries.
  • Disseminate system updates & downtime notifications.
  • Prepare query analysis reports with improvement recommendations.
  • Support and improve SAP HCM ERP helpdesk operations.

We are seeking a dedicated Application Support Engineer to join our helpdesk team and provide technical assistance to users. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication abilities to troubleshoot application issues, resolve user queries, and ensure smooth system operations.
