Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking Application Support Engineers with Infra knowledge to collaborate with Development and QA teams and manage the UAT environments of critical payment applications.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, ownership, and a proactive approach to improving system availability, stability, monitoring, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, DevOps Support, or similar roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership of technical issues.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset towards automation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple technical teams in a business-critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support UAT environments for critical payment applications.
• Perform software installation, application deployment, configuration, and script execution.
• Conduct regular application, server, and database health checks.
• Troubleshoot application and environment issues and perform RCA.
• Analyse logs and resolve Java, OS, database, and connectivity issues.
• Work with Development, QA, Infrastructure, Database teams to drive issues to resolution.
• Automate health checks, monitoring, deployments, and recovery tasks.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance system availability and stability.
• Maintain operational and troubleshooting documentation.

Role Overview

We are looking for Application Support Engineers withInfra Knowledge to work closely with Development and QA teams to manage andsupport the UAT environments of applications.

The role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills,ownership, and a proactive approach to improving system availability,stability, monitoring, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support UAT environments for critical payment applications.
• Perform software installation, application deployment, configuration, and script execution.
• Conduct regular application, server, and database health checks.
• Troubleshoot application and environment issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Analyse application/system logs and resolve Java, OS, database, and connectivity-related issues.
• Work closely with Development, QA, Infrastructure, Database, and other teams to drive issues to resolution.
• Automate repetitive activities such as health checks, monitoring, deployments, and recovery tasks.
• Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance system availability and stability.
• Maintain relevant operational and troubleshooting documentation.
