Quess Selection & Services Singapore seeks an experienced Application Support Specialist to join a 24/7 operation. You will provide L1/L2 support for Java-based applications, and troubleshoot Unix/Linux and SQL/database issues in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform log analysis, incident management, root cause analysis, and monitor SLA compliance, coordinating with development and infrastructure teams to resolve production incidents and support deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of application support experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Java, Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting, and SQL.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.
