Job summary

StarHub is seeking an analytical Application Engineer to design, develop, debug, and implement high-quality web applications and utility programs. You will work with autonomy to tackle unfamiliar technical challenges, drive improvements, and ensure system reliability.

The role requires a degree or diploma in CS/IT and a minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in full-cycle application development. Strong skills in C#.NET MVC, ASP.NET WebAPI, SQL scripting, and frontend tech are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in full-cycle application development.
• Strong backend and frontend development capabilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Application Development: Design and build robust web-based applications with clean, well-documented code.
• Database & Automation: Write and optimize database scripts to drive automated workflows and reporting.
• System Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance applications for performance and scalability.
• Integration & Deployment: Integrate diverse technologies and APIs, oversee production deployments.
• System Support: Provide technical support and maintenance for contact center systems.
