Job summary

StarHub Ltd. seeks an Automation Engineer to own end-to-end automation delivery, from design to deployment and support. You will build workflows with UiPath and Workato, integrate across CRM, ITSM, and billing, and enable AI-driven autonomous processes.

The role drives StarHub's digital transformation and customer experience improvements. We expect 5+ years in automation/RPA, hands-on UiPath and Workato expertise, and strong DevOps skills including CI/CD and monitoring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automation, integration, or RPA development.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath and Workato.
• Experience with API integration and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Familiar with AI/Agentic AI concepts and multi-agent frameworks.
• Proficient in DevOps practices including CI/CD and monitoring.
• Strong problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end automation delivery from design to support.
• Develop and deploy workflows using UiPath and Workato.
• Integrate with CRM, ITSM, Billing, Slack, and chatbots.
• Monitor automation health and KPI via Splunk dashboards.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance of automations.
• Refine automations based on analytics and AI learning loops.
