Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a technically skilled professional to provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers and internal teams in the semiconductor space. You will gather feedback, advise on design requirements, and help capture new product opportunities.

The role requires hands-on experience with multi-disciplinary systems, and familiarity with RFID, smart cards, microcontrollers, and image sensors. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Electronics) or equivalent.
• 5 years of technical customer support experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Hands-on field experience or knowledge of multi-disciplinary system design and development.
• Knowledge of Smart Card, RFID and microcontroller products; security industry knowledge is desirable.
• Experience with CCD, CMOS image sensors, image capture, video standards, or image processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers and internal sales team, handling NDAs and sample requests.
• Collect customer feedback and provide recommendations for design requirements, product enhancements and new opportunities.
• Identify and clarify technical issues related to new or existing products and communicate findings to the relevant business units.
• Hands-on technical support to customers, document problems, and suggest solutions.
• Report design, reliability and functional problems to the appropriate groups and collaborate to solve them.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers and internal sales team, handling customer NDA and sample request
• Collect customers feedback and provide recommendation to customer for design requirements, product enhancements and capture new product opportunities
• Responsible for identifying and clarifying any technical issues related to new or existing products, and clearly communicate findings to the respective business unit
• Hands-on technical support to customers, documenting problems, and suggesting solutions
• Report design, reliability and functional problems to the appropriate groups within company & associate groups and work to solve problems

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Electronics) or equivalent
• 5 years of technical customer support experience in semiconductor industry
• Field experience or hands-on practice or knowledge of multi-disciplinary system design and development
• Knowledge of Smart Card, RFID and microcontroller products; knowledge of physical access control and the security industry is desirable
• Experience with or knowledge of one or more of: CCD, CMOS image sensors, image capture, video standards, image processing
